  • - Penulis berhak untuk menolak permintaan commission apabila permintaan yang diajukan tidak bisa / tidak sanggup dikerjakan, atau tema yang dipilih tidak membuat nyaman. Penulis akan memberitahukan penolakan beserta alasannya juga.

  • - Sebelum plotnya dibuat, kabari penulis apabila ada batasan kata yang akan diterapkan. Batasan kata akan berpengaruh kepada isi plot serta pacing dari cerita. Jumlah yang akan dibayar client tetap sejumlah total dari hasil final.

  • - Setelah rough plot sudah ditetapkan, isi sudah tidak bisa diganti (kecuali detail kecil yang tidak berhubungan dengan plot).

  • - Pembayaran dilakukan dengan DP 50% / sejumlah progress yang sudah tertulis, dengan hasilnya dibayarkan setelah tulisan selesai.

  • - Progress akan diberikan melalui tangkapan layar, dimana client berhak untuk memberitahukan penulis apabila ada penulisan yang kurang / perlu diperbaiki untuk revisi. Setelah client mengatakan OK / mengizinkan lanjut progress, update yang sudah disetujui tidak bisa diubah.

  • - Akses google docs akan diberikan setelah commission telah sepenuhnya selesai.

  • - Hak personal dari tulisan diberikan kepada client, dengan catatan bahwa kepemilikan asli tulisan masih pada penulis (harap cantumkan credit apabila mengunggah hasil tulisan). Hak komersial memiliki harga yang berbeda dengan personal.

  • - Hasil karya yang sudah selesai tidak akan dipublikasi secara sepenuhnya oleh penulis (kecuali client meminta penulis untuk post. Tidak ada biaya tambahan) kecuali satu bagian halaman dari isi cerita untuk portfolio.

  • - I have the right to decline requests regardless of the content. I will let you know before declining the request.

  • - Before the plot is made, please let me know if you have a word count restriction. The results / plot pace might be altered if there's any.

  • - After the rough plot is fixed, there will be no changes (except for minor details that doesn't affect the plot).

  • - Payment will be done by half upfront after the rough plot and word count is fixed, and then the rest after the whole work is finished.

  • - Progress will be shared through a google docs link where you will obtain the access to comment as a form of feedback, please tell me if there is something that doesn't suit your liking.

  • - You will obtain the personal right for the finished work, with the owner of work still belongs to me (please credit if post publicly). Commercial right will have a different pricing than the ones stated below.

  • - The finished work wouldn't be posted publicly with the exception of one page from the finished work - posted in facebook for portfolio purposes. Please inform me if you'd like for me to share the work on AO3. (No charge applied).
